There's a lot to like about this video, and in actuality I don't need to write much to accompany it - I think in many ways it speaks to itself. The reason we're posting it here is because this is the time of year when we always have people asking us if they're in shape enough to start training with us - or at least thinking that they're going to somehow not be able to do what we do.
"Grandpa Tom" shows everyone that they CAN do this. All they need is effort.
