As the Open draws near we're planning ways that we can make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. To that end we'll be spending at least one Saturday class prior to the Open to run things in the same manner as it will run during the Open.

What this generally means is we'll have heats that you can sign up for when you arrive, athletes will need judges for them for their workout - to count reps and ensure range of motion standards are maintained. - and lots of fun will be had by all. 

More details will come as needed. For those of you who are regular Saturday attendees, don't stress just show up as usual. For those of you on the fence about participating in the Open, come on in and try out the Saturday when we do the "dress rehearsal" so we can allay your concerns.
