We often hear from people that it's a lack of time that keeps them from committing to the gym. While I can absolutely understand that we are all being pulled in multiple directions and many of us have responsibilities like work and family, it ultimately comes down to our priorities. In fact, I recall a quote I saw not too long ago that said, "I'm too busy is the adult equivalent of a child saying the dog ate my homework".
If it's important, it's important to make time for it.
