The 2016 CrossFit Liftoff is just around the corner with sign ups already open. It's a simple thing, 2 max effort lifts (a snatch and a clean & jerk) as well as a traditional CrossFit workout. 

It all starts November 3rd with the release of the workout. Submissions are due Monday at 5pm (just like the Open)
