You can do CrossFit but you're not a "CrossFitter" until you've done Fran. This was one of if not THE first workout that Coach Glassman designed when experimenting with the different type of working out that is now known as CrossFit. 

It's simple, only two movements, even elegant in it's design. It involves complimentary movement functions (the thruster is essentially a full body push, while the pull up is an upper body pull) which creates less need for rest and drives the ability to do this workout extremely fast.

I can't think of a better way to start off your week right than by showing up and throwing down to get this one in today!
