Today's the day! The 2016 CrossFit Open starts today!

Around 5 o'clock today the interwebs will be all abuzz with the first workout in this year's Open. What will it be? How long will it take? All these questions and one's you didn't even know you had will be answered today.

As in years past we'll be hosting a viewing party at the box for any of you who would like to catch the announcement with your fellow box compatriots.
