Okay boys and girls - HERE WE GO!

The first workout for the 2016 Open is upon us and it's gonna be a fun one.

This week it will be very helpful for as many of you as possible to show up early and plan to stick around to judge. We've got a 20 minute workout to get through that takes up a good amount of space so the maximum number of athletes we'll have going at one time is likely to be 8 or 9. Because of that we'll be running things on a pretty tight schedule with new heats starting every 30 minutes. That should give people plenty of time between heats to find the appropriate boxes to jump from for the scaled jumping pull ups as well as finding judges and getting otherwise ready to go.

We also ask for your patience with this, since there will be relatively few athletes going at once, and the workout takes 20 minutes, it might take a while to get through everyone who needs to go on Saturday. If you absolutely need to get out of there early, it is strongly suggested that you show up before 9am to get your name on the heat list to make sure you're taken care of.

As always, your coaches will be on hand to help with questions about standards and scaling options, but it is also very helpful if you familiarize yourself with the video below to help with judging and performing the workout as it is intended.
