Well if you've been following your CrossFit SAC friends on social media you know that 16.1 proved EXACTLY why we so strongly encourage all of you to participate in the Open.

We're only one event into this year's Games and already it's been more than worth it for many of the participants. So far we've seen a few of you find new ways to lunge with more weight than you ever thought possible, AND we've seen many of you perform your first pull up or your first chest to bar pull up simply because of the added energy that the Open provides.

To top it off there has been some great energy for our Open participants both from teammates and frenemies. 

Even if this is the best we get this year and all of the rest of the workouts are completely horrible and we see no more PR's and no more athletes rising to meet the occasion, it's already worth it to so many of you!
