You've got some options for today's workout. If you've got legless rope climbs then let's see how that Individual final goes. It's meant to be a pretty short workout (the time cap for Regionals is 6 minutes) so we're treating it very much like Fran. 

If climbing with your legs is more your jam, then bring in those long socks and let's get after it that way.
