We talk a lot at our little gym about the importance of scaling in order to meet the intended stimulus. Many of you may not know it but our coaches have discussions every day about various levels, options and methods for scaling our workouts to allow everyone who walks in the gym on a given day to receive the best version of that day's workout they possibly can.

Just like Nicole mentions in the video below, we take scaling as a huge part of our job and are proud that we have a community that knows and expects that they will be taken care of when they walk through the door and shown appropriate options to scale any movement when needed.
