Memorial Day WOD

In observance of Memorial Day, we will have one class at 9am only. We hope you can join us to help commemorate and honor the ultimate sacrifice made by members of our military with one of the following Hero WODs:

"Murph"
For time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-up
200 Push-up
300 Squat
1 Mile Run
Partition as needed, if you have a 20# weight vest, wear it. 

Or

"Holleyman"
30 Rounds
5 Wall Ball 20/14
3 HSPU
1 Power Clean 225/155
