Back Squat

The Back Squat is one of THE best tests of overall strength out there. We don't often go for the 1 rep max like we are today, but it's time to test where we are and see if our gym has been making any progress when it comes to maximal strength in the squat.

If I had to put money on it I would say that we've made some gainz!
