At our gym what we see is people who are in the process of becoming.

They are becoming the person they want to be. 

Our job is to help facilitate this process, to help them make the improvements and the progress they need.

Below is a video of a young woman who experienced a similar journey. It wasn't one she initially set out on but it was a journey she is now proud of. 

How do you define yourself? Or more importantly, how do you let yourself be defined?

Ultimately the choice is yours, you get to choose the things that define you. Make them things you're proud of.

Are you a hard worker? Are you dependable? Are you responsible, on-time, reliable? Do you set goals and meet them?

You can be all of those things.
