Today's workout features the KB snatch. It's a movement we don't feature very frequently in our programming (we'll typically see it pop up only 2-3 times per year at most) because we can achieve the stimulus it requires in other ways. But, the coordination necessary to effectively snatch the KB without it crashing violently onto your wrist is something worth developing.
