It's not often that we'll do two workouts in the same class. We always lean toward quality rather than quantity when it comes to our daily work in the gym. Today is the exception that proves the rule of variance in our programming.
It's also important to keep in mind that these two workouts shouldn't interfere with each other much so you'll still be able to go hard on each of them. And that's especially important for Jeremy since it's prescribed with a pvc pipe and meant to be done as the all out sprint you see in the video below.
