Take a look at the video below. This workout is meant as an absolute all out sprint, Fran style. That doesn't mean we expect you to finish in two and half minutes like Emiliy Bridgers in the video but we do plan to scale the workout to allow you to move generally quickly through the movements and finish under 10 minutes or so.
