Today's post will wrap up our week of posting our Class Structure for all of you to see. Hopefully it's been a helpful thing to see our process and understand a bit more of what goes into our planning for each day's workout.

If you've got thoughts to share, we'd love to hear them!

Class Structure:

Ok so I looked on mainsite and this thing takes a while. I guess an hour isn't unreasonable. So here's what I'm thinking

Run a 400m
DROM
Brief Wod
Find push up scale that allows for 20 + to start. We'll go adjustable bars today.

For people we know can handle it and keep a good pace (<8min) the mile loop is appropriate today. If not, we'll start folks out with the 800m loop and tack on distance from there as needed. Keeping in mind that there will be 3 of these runs today and things are only going to get slower as we progress so it's alright to err a bit on the shorter side.

For the bear crawl, we'll measure out a distance in the gym (25 or 50m depending on how it works out) for people to do loops of here. That should also allow for us to monitor people and adjust distance as needed. These are likely to get spicy after the push ups.

Start the WOD by 10 after.

Best case scenario:
0-8min First run
8-12 min First pushup
12-15 min First Bear Crawl.
15- 23 Second run

Potentially we just use the same numbers the second time through and if things go wacky and people slow down big time we shorten some numbers.
