Today's workout is a special one, as it harkens back to the very beginnings of CrossFit.

For those who don't know, CrossFit.com started as a blue screen with white text that did nothing more than display one workout each day. It has since evolved into the the multimedia, educational, informational platform that has spawned over 13,000 affiliates. That evolution didn't happen overnight, it took a considerable amount of time.

Specifically it all started in 2001  on Feb 10th and it started with this very workout.

So for today's WOD you'll get to participate in a piece of CrossFit history by completing the first ever posted workout on CrossFit.com.
