Workout 16.3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

As our second mainsite month comes to a close it brings with it the third Open workout from this year. Just like the last two workouts we've re-done from the Open we might be doing things a bit differently this time around so come in prepared for the possibility of making some changes.

That being said, if you were able to perform this workout as prescribed it's a good chance for you to hit the gas pedal a bit harder or refine that technique on the muscle up a bit to squeeze out some more reps this time around.
