It's interesting that since we're hosting the Powerlifting Seminar this weekend our mainsite month has also brought out a heavy day today. 

While it's more reps than we usually see on days like this, a set of 10 is still a great strength builder. It's also going to be a test of grip and will since staying with a bigger set like this can be taxing on both.
