I'll be putting myself through a bit of a learning/experiment in the coming weeks. It was a tough decision since I'm a firm believer in our programming and the fitness that it illicits but I also know that I've still got a lot to learn (as we all do).

To that end I'm trying out some straight Conjugate (Westside Powerlifting) programming AND some straight Gymnastics programming. I'm doing this to dive deeper into each of these divergent worlds and glean as much as I can from them in order to bring that knowledge back to our classes and hopefully make what we do even better. 

So if you see me doing some strange things with bands and barbells and stretching know that in the end I'm doing it for you.
