Today might look a bit familiar if you were around during the Open this year (16.4). Clearly, we've changed the order a bit due to logistical considerations but the essence of the workout remains the same.

As with the first time we saw this workout, there's a lot of pulling and squatting before it's time to do the pressing. Unlike the first time we saw it, we'll be offering a variety of scaling options in an effort to get everyone at least a taste of those handstand push ups at the end.
