In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of 30-inch box jumps
1 minute of 115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
2 minutes of 30-inch box jumps
2 minutes of 115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
3 minutes of 30-inch box jumps
3 minutes of 115-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
This week is PR WEEK!
We've never done this before here at CrossFit SAC but this week we're going to celebrate all of our amazing athletes and all the ways they are improving their health/fitness on a daily basis.
Here's the idea:
All week long, any time you do ANYTHING that you weren't able to do before, any time you make any improvement or step in the right direction we want you to acknowledge it by taking your picture with a whiteboard upon which is written, a brief description of the PR you just achieved.
Here are just some of the possibilities for Monday's workout, which we've done before on 9/21 of last year:
PR # of total reps
PR # of box jumps
PR # of SDHP
PR box jump height
PR SDHP weight
PR box jump reps in 1 min
PR SDHP reps in 1 min
Take this week and really give a good long look at all the progress you've been making in the gym and share it with the world. Your coaches are proud of your efforts and we want you to be too!
