PR WEEK is almost over. Make sure you go out with a bang. Maybe today you use a heavier barbell, perform a couple reps touch-and-go this time when you didn't do that before, make it all the way up the rope or go the old fashioned route and PR your time.
However you do it, go after today's workout like you mean it!
