Here it is, the final workout of PR WEEK, and it's a doozy.

The easiest way for you to PR today is to hit a new 1k time, but there are others. 

Can you have a MENTAL PR, in that you keep your head in the game and on your technique, your breathing, your stroke rate instead of how much your legs burn? Sure you can!

Maybe today is the day you finally figure out the order of operations - legs, lean, arms, arms, lean legs - and are able to maintain it longer than ever before.

Whatever it is, make sure that you give what you've got today, and take your pride in your progress from this week with you as we move into the Open and beyond
