I know the poem is a little late festively but I still wanted to give big ups to the folks who have been coming in on the regular lately. I fully realize that at 5 am your bed feels like a hibernation chamber and it's very temping to just turn off your alarm and forgo the day entirely. The last thing you may want to do is get up early, drive in ridiculous wind and rain and do a workout in a cold gym. Whether it's 5 am or 5 pm. However I'm pleased to report many of you have done just that and it makes me very glad to see all of you getting fitter and staying dedicated despite the weather, or any other excuse for that matter. It's that dedication that brings results. Keep it up guys. I'm sure i'll see you soon.
