We are hosting a CrossFit Level 2 Seminar this weekend so the gym will be closed Saturday and Sunday. 

We know that it can be a pain when we have to close down the gym for one of the various seminars we host. We get that you all would like to be able to train as normal on those weekends.

Our hope is that you understand how these seminars allow us to continue to offer the best possible service to all of our athletes. By sending our staff through these training sessions we ensure that they are as knowledgeable, experienced and prepared as possible to deliver the best coaching environment they can to you.
