Hey guys! I wanted to tell you a bit about my training day today. 

I failed a lot today... And I couldn't be happier! I know, what the heck right?

Well here's how it went down in a nutshell. It was a heavy day. I did just that. I lifted heavy and I was asked to find those weights quickly. Very little room for error and not many chances to take. So by the time it came to lift at an absolute heavy single I was fried out. Body would not let me move those heavier loads. I know that part of me is gonna be frustrated or disappointed but the fact is that I had to really push it today and because I did, I got to a point of failure. That's great! If you work till  you have nothing left to give it means you gave all you had. Ultimately, that's the point of those strength days is to get after it and lift till you just can't even. So, yes I failed a bunch today. I worked as hard as I could and couldn't keep going. I couldn't be happier. Take pride in those beautiful failures.
