For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes

 

The first Open WOD has been announced! If you are NOT registered for the Open, I have good news! You still get to do the Open WOD! If you are registered for the Open, and are NOT planning of doing the Open Friday, we will have a different workout for you. If you are planning on doing the Open WOD Friday, please make sure you have a judge, otherwise it won't count!
