Open workout

Haven't signed up for the Open yet? 

Here are some last minute things that might help sway you:

1 - If you have a 3x/week membership you can come in on Saturdays for your 4th day during the Open FREE.

2 - You just might surprise yourself and PR (helping your team accrue points!). I mean, the term Hero gets thrown around a lot but in this case, it just might fit.

3 - You'll get to hang out with a bunch of awesome people who are all working to be better versions of themselves, just like you!

3 - Maybe the Open is a chance for you to overcome some apprehension about certain movements/workouts... see video below.
