If you thought yesterday's workout was too short, don't worry we've got a much longer one for you today (insert sarcastic smile here).
Today is not meant to take too terribly long. The goal is to get some good work in with the Overhead Squat and provide solid motivation to keep people from dropping the barbell. So pick a heavier weight than you want and don't put that thing down!
