We're proud to announce Main Site Mayhem (pun intended... because of course it is).

For the month of May we'll be following CrossFit.com workouts straight from the source. These are affectionately known as "mainsite" or ".com" workouts, due to the fact that for much of the early days of CrossFit's existence this was THE source of the workouts that people did.

it turns out that they are still very effective in getting people fitter.

As many of you know, about once a year we like to take a trip down the mainsite trail. This year we thought we would make it May.
