Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 400 meters
20 GHD sit-ups
95-lb. overhead squats, 10 reps

 

It's going to be hot today folks. Really hot.

Because of the heat we'll be rowing in the afternoon to keep you out of the baking sun. 

If you really want to run, be sure to show up for one of the morning classes.
