One of the great things about CrossFit workouts is the variety. Yesterday brought us a 45 min workout with miles of running, heavy weights and lots of sit ups.

Today, on the other hand, is very different. It should be a relatively short workout, taking some of you less than 4 minutes and all of you under 10 minutes. 

So, whereas yesterday you could sort of "jog" through the workout, that won't cut it today. Today is a day to GO!
