*** COMMUNITY DAY SATURDAY - HELEN FOR HOUSTON FUNDRAISER WORKOUT ***

OK CrossFit SAC folks. We've all seen the devastation happening in Houston and its surrounding areas by now. We know our gym community is full of helpful, well meaning people so we'd like to help you find a way to send help to the people who desperately need it down there.

Saturday, we'll be changing the workout we had planned and instead participating in a CrossFit fundraiser called "Helen for Houston". 

As the name suggests, your workout Saturday will be "Helen" (feel free to google what the workout is if you just can't wait, or ask a fellow CrossFit SAC member, they're sure to remember).

We will be accepting monetary donations as well as "stuff" donations (to be shipped to Houston in the form of care packages). Some of the things in greatest demand right now are basic toiletries, baby products (all kinds), individually wrapped snacks, blankets, new packaged underwear and and MEDICAL SUPPLIES (bandaids, neosporin, Tylenol, ibuprofen, Imodium, pepto).

This will also be a COMMUNITY DAY, so please bring your friends and family members out and encourage them to give/bring what they can to help some people in desperate need.
