When I came into Crossfit Sac in January of 2016 I was looking for a way to get in shape, lose some weight but most of all to quit smoking cigarettes!!! Over the last 2 years I have attended class regularly and have worked hard on improving my fitness and technique. I have not had a cigarette since June of 2016 and I can feel a drastic improvement in my over all performance during workouts and more confidence in my physical abilities at work. I now look forward to improving the different movements in class and enjoy the feeling of knowing I gave it my all in a WOD!!!
