Today's workout is a combination of a heavy day, where we are looking to work up to the heaviest weight possible and a technique day, where we are going to work on developing the speed and coordination of the snatch. 

Because today is so reliant on technique, it's important to approach this WOD as an opportunity to get some quality time developing the skill of, what is for many people, a "goat" movement.
