As the CrossFit Games get ready to start and as we head into PR Month tomorrow, it is important to take a step back and remind ourselves what we are doing and why. We do CrossFit for different reasons, but as a whole, CrossFit has changed everyone of us in some meaningful way. We are all part of much bigger community that is changing how people define their abilities, has challenged what it means to age, and has completely obliterated the conventional wisdom of health and fitness. 

So as you watch the fittest of the fit go head-to-head, remember that CrossFit is more than Mat Fraser or Katrin Davidsdottir. CrossFit is changing lives every single day, one class at a time and you are part of that change!
