Hey guys! It's me, your friendly neighborhood coach Calvin. I've got some hype news for you. Back by popular demand, we are returning to another round of our beloved SWOLE MATES series! 6 weeks of lifting and specially tailored accessory work designed to make you stronger. This program is for anyone interested in bringing their lifts up and looking to get even more out of their time in the gym. For $119.00 you will get:

  • A 45 min class every week with other swole mates like yourself to perform heavy lifts that will rotate focus each week. Classes will be held on Tuesdays at 5 pm and Sundays at 9 am.
  • During those classes, you will be coached in a more intimate setting allowing for more personalized instruction.
  • You will also be shown (step by step) additional accessory movements to further accelerate your progress.
  • And, you and your teammates will have access to a Group FB page with weekly Homework to give direction outside of classes

Plus it's really really fun! This class is all about work but it's a really good time to share with some friends while you power through the sessions. Guys we had so much success with everyone last time around, I can't wait to get it going again. We get lifting August 19th/ 21st.
