Healthy habits start early. Our CrossFit Teens program is geared toward teenagers 13-17 years old. There is no minimum fitness level required and we have teens with all levels of fitness train together. The focus of each class is to build proper movement technique while developing an appreciation for physical activity. 

CrossFit SAC is a registered CrossFit Kids gym, All of our trainers hold a CrossFit Level 1 certificate, have completed the CrossFit Kids Trainer course and undergo annual background checks. 

To get started, please fill out our online waiver for your child and arrive to class 10 minutes early to meet with a coach.
