The dumbbell always brings a bit of a different flavor to our workouts when it pays us a visit. Less stable than it's barbell counterpart it demands and develops an ability to control weight that may not be perfectly balanced and allows us to work on unilateral deficiencies that may sometimes develop as a result of a dominant limb.
It's more than a handful of reps today but on the bright side the weight is light so it should allow you to move relatively quickly through our day today.
