It's still PR WEEK! Lot's of chances today, from performing the squats without stopping for the first time, maybe going heavier on the Hang Power Cleans than you have in the past, or doing them unbroken for more rounds as well.
If you're on the fence about my Open Prep Workshop, here are some more details.
Each class we will focus on one primary skill/movement and spend the 30 minutes we have that day fine tuning, talking strategy and doing practice drills to improve your ability to perform that movement. I'll also be assigning specific homework to help you continue to refine that movement once the class is over.
The first class is next Tuesday the 24th at either 5:30 OR 6:30. It's the perfect addition to your training to get you that much more ready for the Open.
