Many of you have asked why I've been so busy lately. Much of it relates to the travel schedule I have between my job as a Flowmaster on CrossFit's seminar staff and running scoring for the Games. However, over the past 8 months, I've also been working with colleagues to develop CrossFit's Online Lesson Planning course.
It's taken a lot of time to get it just right but it's finally out!
To say that I'm proud to have worked on this course is an understatement. Many of you at CrossFit SAC understand the planning, care, and attention that goes into each of the classes we teach. This course is a stepping stone in helping other affiliates run classes in a better, more organized way that allows them to help their athletes to the fullest of their abilities.
