Please plan to come in early and stay late. Saturday will undoubtedly prove to be a fun day for all comers.
Grace will be the workout, and it’s meant to be a quick one, under 5 minutes for everyone.
Because of that we’ll be running heats and pairing people up so that each athlete has someone to help them keep track of the rep their on and to keep pushing them to pick up the barbell again before they want to.
