Saturday at 6 pm is the kick off of the 2018 Open Season. Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time as we will start at 6 pm sharp. The heat schedule will be available and we will go through a detailed workout briefing including movement standards and basics of how to fill out scorecards as well as what to do once you are finished with the workout.
