It's not very often we do two WODs in one class. Keep an eye out for an upcoming blog as to why that is, but today's WODs make for the perfect pairing. Annie is relatively short, doesn't require a lot of in depth skill review and has no pulling motion involved so there won't be any overlap during the weighted pull-ups.
