Staurday will be an Open “dry-run” and classes will start at 9 am.

In observance of President’s Day (Monday), we will only have a 9 am class.
This workout will be a fundraiser for one of the original CrossFit athletes, Eva Twardokens (Eva T), who was critically injured in a plane crash last week.
