Another fine day to work on a tricky movement. Just like lifting, rowing requires important technique and timing to help make it more successful, One of the biggest differences though is how many more times you need to rely on the technique and timing with rowing. Each stroke and stride today is an opportunity to move better and get that much close to your rowing destination. Try and make every pull count today and just maybe you'll have some better success.
