10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 45/35 lbs
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
Rest 3 mins between each cycle.

For each cycle restart the AMRAP.

Whether she is helping coordinate the delivery of donations to flood victims in Texas or taking a nap in the Open Gym area, Jill has been a fixture at CrossFit SAC. We are excited to be able to have her come aboard and help with some of the day-to-day tasks at the gym. Don’t be surprised if you receive an email from Jill if you haven’t submitted your Open score if we haven’t seen you at the gym in a while. Next time you see Jill, make sure to give her a high-five!
