Customized nutrition to start you in the right direction $75

This is a great option for people who have successfully made changes to their food, but need a little course correction.

Includes: 

  • 30 minute consultation with a Nutrition Coach. An individualized nutrition plan is based on a thorough assessment including goal-setting and baseline biometrics. The InBody scan measures your body composition, allowing us to determine your caloric needs, taking into account activity level, and quantify your progress over time.

  • Baseline Biometrics:  Initial InBody scan, before picture(s), and body measurements.

  • Food diary review: A nutrition coach will regularly review your food diary, electronic, written, and/or photos.

  • Bi-weekly 15-minute follow-up consultation.

  • Unlimited access to answer any questions/concerns


90 DAY JOURNEY

CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION PACKAGE, 3 MONTH PROGRAM $99/MONTH

If you would like more specific information on exact amounts you should be eating and increased accountability, our 3-month Lifestyle Reboot is the perfect fit.
Includes: 

  • 60 minute initial consultation with a Nutrition Coach. An individualized nutrition plan is based on a thorough assessment including goal-setting and baseline biometrics. The InBody scan measures your body composition, allowing us to determine your caloric needs, taking into account activity level, and quantify your progress over time.

  • Tools to help you along the way. Change can be hard, but your coach will be there to help with tools and tips to help you navigate challenges.

  • Monthly Biometrics: InBody scan, before/after picture(s), and body measurements.

  • Food diary review: A nutrition coach will regularly review your food diary, electronic, written, and/or photos.

  • Accountability: Weekly communication with clients via email and in-app messaging.

  • Follow-up consultations. Weekly 15-minute meetings the first month, bi-weekly meetings the second and third months.

  • Unlimited access to answer any questions/concerns.
